Member of “Libyan Amazigh”: The unity government does not have control, and Dabaiba makes promises without implementing them
Hisham Hammadi, a former member of the Libyan Amazigh Council, said that the Dabaiba government does not have control over matters and it is not in its interest to provoke the Amazigh tribes, indicating that it is not logical or rational for it to provoke these areas, especially since relations between the Amazigh and Dabaiba are almost non-existent due to the policies of his Ministry of Interior. .
Hammadi pointed out, in a telephone interview on Al-Massar TV, that the policies of the Ministry of Interior are lined with political and regional goals, indicating that if this situation continues, the problem will worsen, and the Amazigh will have a different opinion and greater escalation.
He explained that Al-Dabaiba makes promises but cannot implement them, because he does not realize that the demands of the Amazigh are a legitimate right and a defense of their lives and future and are guaranteed by all international laws and conventions.
He continued by saying, “We defend our security and freedom, and we are in favor of establishing a cohesive state that works on the rule of law without implementing partisan, tribal, or sectarian policies. When talking is done in the outlets of the Libyan state, the talk must be about all outlets and not the Ras Jadir port alone.”
He added that the Ras Ijdir port is subject to the Tripoli government and coordination with the joint forces in Zuwara is normal at this stage, pointing out that the crisis is that we do not have any guarantees that Al-Dabaiba will implement any of his promises to us here.
