Abdel Kafi: Haftar’s recent moves are part of Moscow’s efforts to abort the American project
The dismissed officer from the Armed People’s Forces, Adel Abdel Kafi, confirmed that the recent movements of the American Khalifa Haftar come within Moscow’s efforts to abort the American project to form a joint force from the east and the west to reduce its influence in Libya and Africa.
Abdel Kafi indicated, in statements to the Zero Platform, that the joint force is responsible for monitoring the southern borders where the Russian African Corps is stationed in military bases in the south, including Jufra, Brak, Tamanhint, Al-Wigh and others, and installs guidance equipment on the border with Niger.
He pointed out that Russia continues to send weapons and fuel supplies to Hemedti in Sudan, and to its mercenaries in Niger and Mali, and transports drugs from them via planes to Libya and from there to Europe.
