Al-Orfi: Al-Dabaiba and Al-Kabir have alliances that support them. It is a struggle between the financial tycoons and their armor
A member of the Tobruk Parliament, Abdel Moneim Al-Orfi, said that he is not surprised by the exchange of accusations taking place between the Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, Al-Siddiq Al-Kabir, and the Prime Minister of Western Libya, Abdel Hamid Al-Dabaiba, stressing that he does not exempt Al-Kabir from these accusations because monetary policy is under his command.
Al-Orfi confirmed, in statements to the “Sefar” platform, that the ongoing conflict is a conflict between the financial tycoons and their shields, indicating that he agrees with Al-Dabaiba on the point that the largest bleeding occurs in the disbursement of credits, as the businessmen who benefit greatly receive the largest portion of the credits.
He pointed out that we saw allocations for bricks and gravel, which have nothing to do with basic commodities and don’t participate in alleviating the suffering of the citizen, explaining that Al-Kabir and Al-Dabaiba have alliances that support them in their conflicts.
The former has certain names standing by his side against the background of the funds, and the latter has militias that have armor at his side.
