Al-Shoh: Haftar will not accept any concession that would make him non-existent, and Dabaiba stipulates that he remain prime minister
The former advisor to the Supreme Council of the Muslim Brotherhood, “The State Advisory Council,” Ashraf Al-Shoh, confirmed that the Americans have the ability to confront Wagner militarily in Libya, as they did in Syria previously, when it threatens the direct strategic interest, but they do not wish to do so currently.
Al-Shoh added, in an intervention on the ideological “Libya Al-Ahrar” satellite channel, that he does not believe that the crisis facing the Americans currently is that the Russian presence in Libya has penetrated in a way that cannot distance it or neutralize it with natural images, indicating that the Americans have a clear point, which is not to allow the Russians to approach. From NATO’s southern flank.
He continued by saying, “Agents from the CIA met with Libyan armed groups and promised them military, logistical, and material support in exchange for carrying out limited operations against the Russians, but they responded to them, saying that this must be an official position of the Tripoli government to carry out these operations, but the government will not bear responsibility for these operations.” Operations Aya.”
He pointed out that the fragile political situation will not allow the Tripoli government to undertake any current adventure, which is why these American temptations will not work or succeed, adding that what will move the Libyan political track is money, determining the paths of money, and sharing the money between the American Haftar and Dabaiba, as the current political situation will continue on. It is what it is for a long time.
He added that the main driver of any political process is to change the paths of funds to the American Haftar and Dabaiba to pressure them to accept a political solution to the crisis, pointing out that Stephanie Khoury still suffers from various Russian obstructions to her political movements.
He continued, saying, “If Khoury presents a plan within the next two months and the Western countries are convinced of it, as a step similar to Stephanie Williams, the political process may move forward with the lack of resources due to the disagreement between the great friend and the bear and the failure of the great friend to adhere to his agreement with Haftar and his sons.”
He continued, “This plan may be represented in a new political dialogue forum that will lead to a new unified government and electoral procedures that can move the political process forward.”
He pointed out that the crisis is that in order to support this idea, Al-Dabaiba requires that he remain prime minister, but this does not suit the American Khalifa Haftar, explaining that Haftar and his sons are now comfortable with their situation, and if they enter into any deal, they want more, i.e. removing Al-Dabaiba, which in turn will be rejected by Al-Dabaiba.
He concluded by saying, “Haftar will not accept any concession that would make him no longer present in the political equation or the government, or remain in power at all, and any party in Libya currently may change its alliances significantly based on the gains it reaps, because this is the nature of their situation over the past years.”
