Captain Hannibal Gaddafi calls on the Lebanese judiciary to interrogate Wiam Wahhab in the case of Al-Sadr’s disappearance

The kidnapped Captain Hannibal Gaddafi asked the Lebanese judiciary to summon the former Lebanese Minister, Wiam Wahhab, to benefit from the information he possessed regarding the case of the disappearance of Musa al-Sadr in 1978, considering that his request represented official notification to the Lebanese judicial investigator.

Hannibal added, in statements to the Russian “Sputnik” agency, “I ask the Lebanese judiciary to review any information that could help reach the truth in the case of the hidden Imam Musa al-Sadr,” noting that former minister Wiam Wahhab said in a television interview that he has information about the fate of Musa al-Sadr. He had shown it to the martyr leader Muammar Gaddafi during a previous meeting between them.

The judicial investigator in the case of the hidden Imam Musa al-Sadr also demanded that the speech of former Minister Wiam Wahhab be considered as information, and he must listen to the information that Wahhab has.

He pointed out that if the former minister’s statement was incorrect, then this is considered misleading the investigation, and if it is proven true, then he has all the truth, stressing that in both cases, if the plaintiff in the file, the judicial investigator, and the Amal Movement want the truth, they must take immediate action to find out. Information of former Minister Wahab.

Hannibal expressed his hope that the investigation would take a serious turn, and that any information related to the case would not be neglected, especially those who publicly declared that they possessed information, as Minister Wahhab did, knowing that Wahhab had previous positions and public statements demanding that the judiciary release him.

He confirmed that he was imprisoned for 10 years merely on suspicion that he possessed information about the case, pointing out that he did not have any information about the fate of Musa al-Sadr and that he was imprisoned in a case that had nothing to do with him, especially since he was 3 years old when the incident occurred.
