A British website reveals Russian plans to destabilize Europe using its American ally, Haftar

The British newspaper, The Daily Telegraph, revealed intelligence documents showing Russian plans to establish a “15,000-member border police force,” which includes former militias from Libya, to control the flow of migrants on its territory.

The newspaper confirmed, in its report, that this force aims to control the movements and routes of migrants, so that a specific region in Europe can be flooded with migrants in order to influence public opinion at a crucial time to destabilize Europe.

It indicated that these armed elements, who were Wagner mercenaries who were present in Libya, began transporting a large number of migrants along the eastern borders of Russia, a number of whom came from Africa in cooperation with its agents in Libya or in other African countries.

The report added that Wagner’s mercenaries began transporting a large number of migrants in areas under their control in Libya and Africa to the Russian border, noting that the transfer of migrants was carried out by Moscow after the failure of its plan to create a cohesive Libyan militia due to failure to pay the payments scheduled through the “Russian Cultural Institute.” Al-Libi” in Moscow.

The report continued: “The Telegraph did not find any records or documents indicating the existence of this organization at all, which appears to have been used as a cover to transfer money to the mercenaries who have been fighting alongside Haftar since 2019.”

The Italian Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister, Antonio Tajani, confirmed that his country has intelligence information indicating that the activity of Wagner mercenaries has increased significantly, and that they are in contact with trafficking gangs and militias accused of smuggling migrants in Libya.
