Al-Tohamy: After the absence of Gaddafi, the state collapsed and Haftar ruled Libya “militarily” with a one-man regime

Writer Ahmed Al-Tohamy said that Libyans have begun to feel the value of the state after witnessing its fall since 2011, adding that for Libyan citizens, returning to a point of safety before February is the main point they need recently.

Al-Tohamy indicated, in statements to the Qatari “Libya Al-Ahrar” satellite channel, that the Libyans do not want armed groups fighting over their heads, as is happening currently, expecting the Al-Fateh Movement to return to control Tripoli soon.

He explained that after the absence of the martyr leader Muammar Gaddafi, everything disappeared and the state collapsed, demanding that we be aware of this lesson.

Al-Tohamy added, “In all honesty, I say that Haftar’s rule is military rule and one-man rule.”

He pointed out that if the Green Book was translated in France or Switzerland, it would suit them now and would be better for their democracy, adding, “Because I personally respect the martyr leader Muammar Gaddafi and his thinking.”
