Captain Hannibal: I am being held underground, and parties in Lebanon have asked us for money

The kidnapped Captain Hannibal Gaddafi confirmed that he is a political detainee in Lebanon in a case related to a file about which he knows nothing, accusing parties in Lebanon of asking him for money and compensation.

Captain Hannibal explained in statements reported by the Lebanese “Al-Jadeed” channel that his condition is not good underground and that he wants to breathe oxygen again, adding, “I live in humility and I challenge you to explain to me where the special treatment is and what is your concept of VIP.”

He added, “Let them take my hair and teeth that they are talking about and give me my freedom. I have 9 actual years and 12 governmental years under the protection of the (Lebanese) state.”

He went on to say, “The injustice I am being subjected to is not acceptable to justice or destiny, and is rejected by the heavenly religions. I have been deprived of my children all these years and they ask me why I don’t come back and I don’t know how to answer them.”

Captain Hannibal pointed out that he was currently offered to leave through a country of his choice, if the settlement was reached.

He went on to say, “All I remember is that my father (martyr leader Colonel Muammar Gaddafi) loved Imam (Musa al-Sadr), and I loved him through my father and read about him in Ahmed al-Kilani’s encyclopedias, and our father used to tell us that Imam Musa al-Sadr left Libya for Rome, and there his trace disappeared.” .

He concluded by saying, “Those in Lebanon today want to make trade-offs, and one day I will talk about scandals related to everyone and about parties that asked us for money and compensation.”
