Bin Sharada: We agreed with the “Representatives” to form the new government until we reach the election fund

A member of the Supreme Council of the Muslim Brotherhood, “The State Advisory Council,” Saad bin Sharada, said that we agreed with the Tobruk Parliament to form the new government, but the international community is striking at any agreement between the two councils, adding that the executive authority must be unified in order for us to reach the election fund, because it is difficult to go. For elections in the presence of two governments.

Bin sharada added, in statements to Al-Massar TV, that we agreed with Parliament on the form of this government, that it should consist of technocratic ministers and that its sole mission be to transfer the citizen’s electoral fund as quickly as possible, indicating that the only obstacle facing this trend is the international community. , which undermines any agreement between the two councils, which is a deliberate matter for managing the crisis, not resolving it.

He pointed out that he does not believe that Stephanie Khoury, the deputy UN envoy to Libya, will present a solution to the crisis either, unless she presents a solution from an American point of view, pointing out that the Libyan crisis is seen as a dispute over us, not between us, and any solution that Khoury will present will be merely a new intervention in the Libyan affairs. .

He added that forming a government now has become necessary, but we need the international community to rally towards this goal, adding that we do not want to repeat previous agreements to form a unified government, but the international community beat them and stabbed them in the back.

He continued by saying, “The agreement is with the representatives that the candidate for prime minister should obtain 20 recommendations from the State Council, and the State Council will present 5 to 6 candidates, then they will go to Parliament, completing the recommendations, and Parliament will hold a session with a quorum and vote on one of the six.”

He concluded by saying that confidence will be given only to the Prime Minister and not as was the case in previous governments, so that the Prime Minister will not be exposed to blackmail by the legislator to appoint a so-and-so minister and bring in unqualified figures, continuing, “This will give the Prime Minister freedom and only the quorum or number from which the government will be formed will be given to him.” Of the 16 or 18 ministers, only technocrats whose goal is to hold elections only.”
