A media presnter for the Lebanese “Al-Jadeed” channel: Hannibal Gaddafi was interrogated under torture, and Lebanon became renamed “Nabih Berri and Amal Movement”

Dalia Ahmed, a media presnter for the Lebanese Al-Jadeed channel, confirmed that the arrest of Captain Hannibal Muammar Gaddafi was “arbitrary” because of the way he was kidnapped from Syria with a plan by Lebanese, calling on the Lebanese judiciary to intervene to rid Lebanon of this farce.

The Lebanese media presnter explained, in her program on Al-Jadeed channel, that Hannibal was tortured in the Lebanese Bekaa Valley, interrogated under torture, and then handed over to the Lebanese state, which tortured him by other means.

She added, “What Hannibal went through is nothing but torture, for which the authorities must be held accountable, even after a while, because we do not know what Hannibal is accused of. There is no rational person who can tell us clearly what the accusation is against him, regardless of any connection he had to the disappearance of Moses.” Al-Sadr and his two companions, this happened in 1978.”

She went on to say, “Even the kidnapped Hannibal Gaddafi loved Musa al-Sadr, because he is a person with whom no two people disagree. He even read encyclopedias by Imam Musa al-Sadr. Despite this, they accuse Hannibal of having information about the disappearance of Musa al-Sadr, and he tells them that he had no information beyond the time of the incident his age was ” Only 3 years.”

She went on to say, “Even if he knew information and concealed it, the Lebanese law punishes concealing information with 9 years in prison if it was a felony and 3 years if it was a misdemeanor. He has been kidnapped since 2015, meaning he should have been out of custody for 3 years.”

She pointed out that pressure has been exerted on the Lebanese judiciary for 9 years, asking, “Didn’t anyone imagine that he did not actually have information?!”, stressing that the kidnapping case of Hannibal Gaddafi clearly demonstrated that the Lebanese state had become called “Nabih Berri and Amal Movement.”

She continued that Amal Movement kidnapped Hannibal, which was supposedly founded by Musa al-Sadr on the idea of ​​eliminating injustice, adding, “If they were to follow in the footsteps of Musa al-Sadr and apply his teachings regarding truth, justice, and wisdom, where is the right to continue detaining people’s freedoms? The Amal Movement now, with all its affiliated judges, is the one being detained.” Hannibal Gaddafi without any right.”

She attacked the Lebanese judiciary over this case, noting that it had agreed to be the “Delivery Judiciary,” which has imprisoned him since 2017 without holding a single trial session for him or having anyone listen to him.

She stated that Hannibal suffers from health problems and has spinal problems due to the way he was kidnapped in 2015. He has high blood pressure, diabetes, toothaches, and his hair is falling out due to malnutrition, lack of exposure to the sun, and vitamin D deficiency.

She mentioned that Al-Jadeed channel broadcast pictures of Hannibal from his underground prison, to expose their lies, that he is not in the “VIP” prison as they claim.

She concluded by saying, “Hannibal is only in a room with some belongings and a small, messy bathroom. He said very clearly, ‘Let them take my hair and teeth and give me my freedom.’ All of this proves that Hannibal Gaddafi is innocent, not with our testimony, but with the testimony of the interim government of Libya, which took over Libya after his father.”
