Aqeel: Washington disrupts the elections because of the presence of Saif al-Islam Gaddafi, which was based on a judicial trap

Political analyst Ezzedine Aqeel said that forming a new government in Libya is currently almost impossible in light of the Russian-American conflict and the mutual military buildup between them.

Afil added, in an interview on Al-Hadath satellite channel, that the emergence of any unified government in Tripoli will be subject to American pressure, and thus will demand the departure of the Russians, who will be in a difficult position if the government emerges.

He pointed out that Dabaiba’s assumption that the parties agree to form the government is a fantasy, and the reality is that all parties are currently throwing the ball in the other’s court so that the situation continues, which reflects their fear of the foreign party that controls the scene.

He pointed out that international parties are the ones manipulating the Libyan state, the fate of the people, and the elections, continuing, “People know full well that the conflict of foreign powers is what delays stability in Libya, and we will not see a major breakthrough for the crisis in Libya.”

He explained that if Aqeela, Al-Dabaiba, or any of the parties dared to acknowledge the international conflict in Russia, they would be out of the scene, pointing out that “the presence of Stephanie Khoury will make matters worse, as she came in the same way as illegal immigration, in the same way that Stephanie Williams did.”

He continued, saying, “Russia will deal with the UN Baathist mission in Libya now as if it were a section of the American embassy in Tripoli after Khoury comes, which will hinder any solution to the crisis.”

He concluded by saying, “The United States is disrupting the elections because of the presence of Saif al-Islam Gaddafi, and as soon as he escaped from the judicial trap they set for him, they pushed Stephanie Williams to continue disrupting the scene.”
