Economic analyst: The crisis between the Central Bank and the government has reached education grants

Economic analyst Mohamed Abu Ghalia confirmed that the crisis between the Central Bank and the Dabaiba government has reached education grants, and this matter has bad economic consequences

Abu Ghalia added, in statements to the Qatari Al-Arabi Al-Jadeed website, that if the dollar tax is applied to financial arrangements in 2024, the budget will rise by about 30 percent, amid the Central Bank’s inability to finance it currently.

He explained that the exchange rate included in the tax has been in effect since March for documentary credits and express transfers only.
