Researcher on the Libyan issue: Saif al-Islam’s call is balanced and an attempt to unite, not divide

The Egyptian journalist who specializes in Libyan affairs, Abdel Sattar Hatita, confirmed that Dr. Saif al-Islam Muammar Gaddafi’s current call is very balanced, and an attempt to bring the Libyans together and not to divide them.

Hatita explained in statements to the Saudi Al-Hadath channel that Saif al-Islam and his supporters in general have been trying for some time not to take any hostile position towards any of those who are hostile to them, whether in the East or the West, and they have succeeded in addressing many of the problems they face inside and outside Libya.

He continued, saying, “It seems that Saif al-Islam will now seek to respond to the attacks on his supporters during the past weeks, especially some of the leaders, and he wants to send a message that he has a clear political program that he intends to implement.”
