Zhio: Dabaiba will continue to ignore Parliament’s call to open the door to nominations for the presidency of the new government

Political activist Asaad Zhio expected that Dabaiba would continue to ignore the Tobruk Parliament’s call to open the door for nominations for the presidency of the new government.

In statements to the Asharq Al-Awsat newspaper, Zhio downplayed what some are saying that Dabaiba’s ignoring is due to his reliance on the support of regional or Western countries, or major armed formations stationed with him in the capital.

He pointed out that the alliance relationship between Dabaiba and the armed formations is temporary, and linked to mutual interests between them, and it can be said that the decision of the leaders of those formations is subject to the orientations of international powers.
