Abd Al-Kafi: The United States is preparing to face the Russian African Corps on Libyan territory
The dismissed officer from the Armed People’s Forces, Adel Abd Al-Kafi, said that the confrontation between the African Corps and Western countries on Libyan soil is inevitably coming, but perhaps not in the near future.
Abd Al-Kafi stated, in statements to the “Al-Mashhad” platform, that the Russian African Legion took Libya as a launching base for the African continent to deploy in Central Africa, Mali, Chad, and Niger instead of Wagner’s forces.
He confirmed that the United States began announcing its presence in Libya through a meeting of American military officials with the Chief of Staff in Tripoli, Muhammad Al-Haddad, and the Minister of Defense in the government of western Libya during the past weeks.
Abd Al-Kafi pointed out that the aim of these meetings is to involve some of these military forces in the maneuvers conducted by the US Africa Command (AFRICOM), as well as to prepare the United States for these forces to confront the Russian African Corps on Libyan soil.
He explained that America is trying to search for a place for itself in the African continent after its expulsion from Chad and Niger, which has confused American calculations, pointing out that the American and European movements are due to their fear of the Russian Legion’s control over Libya, which enjoys a strategic geopolitical location.
